You must agree to all terms of this license agreement before installation or use of this software. If you do not agree, do not use this software and delete all copies of it.

Under no circumstances will IdeaReactor, LLC or any of its associates be liable to you, or any other person or entity, for any loss of use, revenue, or profit, lost or damaged data, or other commercial or economic loss or for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, statutory, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages whatsoever related to your use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or if such damages are foreseeable. This limitation shall apply even in the event of a fundamental or material breach or a breach of the fundamental or material terms of this agreement.

This software and any copies of it are the intellectual property of IdeaReactor, LLC. This agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in this software.

You may redistribute this software as long as this license agreement is also distributed with the software. The software may be included in other software packages as long as credit is given to IdeaReactor, LLC in the package documentation. Inclusion in another software package does not transfer any intellectual property rights from IdeaReactor.

This software is provided free of charge.

You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source of the software.
